My name is Brett Rohlfing. I have been riding bmx for 10 years now and filming for 3-4. This site will be used to post videos I make that aren’t for a website (such as Vitalbmx.com and ridebmx.com) and for posting interviews with people I find interesting. Also for various bmx related news and surely some content that has nothing to do with BMX from time to time. Should be fun!
Incase you were wondering what the name means, 30 frames is the amount of still images flashed across the screen per second to create video. Since I’m a video guy it seemed fitting.
